Golf digest voted the club when it opened in 2003 as the 6th best new upscale golf course in USA, and just recently 2008 voted the club as one of the “Best Places to Play in Northern America” and gave us a 4 star rating, we would have had a 5 star if we had a hotel. And we are surrounded by 2 million acres of national forest.
We are in the process of building 30 luxury villas next to the golf course on a stream. These villas will also be rented out just like a hotel would. The income from these villas should exceed $3m in the next 3 years, not counting the rental. There may be another 12 adjacent acres available as well.
