Also licensed to serve beer and wine.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently using one car for deliveries. Using a car is an advantage during the rainy season as other pizzerias cannot delivery given that they all use motorcycles.  Current delivery radios, approx. 6km.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently open 6 days a week, closed on Tuesdays. Posted hours of operation are 4pm to midnight, however owner and staff come early to prep and often take orders as early as 2pm.</p>

First of all you have luxury 220 acre golf and fly fishing destination that has been voted in the top 15 in the world. Golf digest voted the club when it opened in 2003 as the 6th best new upscale golf course in USA, and just recently 2008 voted the club as one of the “Best Places to Play in Northern America” and gave us a 4 star rating, we would have had a 5 star if we had a hotel. And we are surrounded by 2 million acres of national forest.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We are in the process of building 30 luxury villas next to the golf course on a stream. These villas will also be rented out just like a hotel would. The income from these villas should exceed $3m in the next 3 years, not counting the rental. There may be another 12 adjacent acres available as well.</p>

It includes a restaurant with fine dining that holds over 120 seating, also the bar and grill that was voted the best 19th hole in Colorado, this includes flat screen TV’s. A beautiful fitness center with views of the mountains, golf course and the lake, men’s and women’s locker rooms and his and hers steam rooms, spa, pro shop, underground heated parking for the carts, 2 large separate meeting rooms upstairs for private functions that would hold over 50 people each, and 3 private offices for the owner or president of the club. We also have 3 offices on the main floor for secretary, sales, and GM.</p>
