Let me try to put all of this down for you the best I can. First of all you have luxury 220 acre golf and fly fishing destination that has been voted in the top 15 in the world. Golf digest voted the club when it opened in 2003 as the 6th best new upscale golf course in USA, and just recently 2008 voted the club as one of the “Best Places to Play in Northern America” and gave us a 4 star rating, we would have had a 5 star if we had a hotel. We are in the process of building 30 luxury villas next to the golf course on a stream. These villas will also be rented out just like a hotel would.
