Proyección del Desarrollo
La Península de Juluapan cuenta con su Programa Parcial de Desarrollo Urbano publicado en el periódico oficial del Estado de Colima el día 3 de Marzo del 2007, en el cual se determina a la totalidad de la propiedad como una zona TH-3 TURÍSTICA DE DENSIDAD MEDIA, lo que permite una densidad de 60 cuartos por hectárea para los usos hoteleros.
