Every condo includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room, kitchen, laundry room and small balcony. The building was built in 1990 and has been recently completely remodeled. It is located about 100 meters from the beach in Santiago. This building is about twenty minutes walking distance from the main street, which makes it a fairly quiet location. The road in front has just been paved. The little town of Santiago is a few blocks from the building and in addition to the places to grab a beer and a taco there are many quaint stores to visit and of course the market is close by. There are some good restaurants in the area. Just a couple of blocks away from Olas Altas on the Blvd. Miguel de la Madrid is Juanito’s owned by an American who has lived here for years. In the back of the restaurant there’s a cyber café. A bit farther away is Margarita’s, a lovely restaurant sitting out over the water. The food is good and the atmosphere and scenery are outstanding. Olas Altas condos have a lot to offer with a starting price of 63,000.00 to 80,000.00 USD
